I am trying to record Optitrack data through LabRecorder. I ran into some difficulty in viewing the stream through the MatlabViewer; while the display does show the correct channels, the time axis remains stationary (see screenshot below). I have tried this with other apps, such as Biosemi, and the MatlabViewer behaves as expected.
I hoped that the data was at least being recorded, however the .xdf file was empty. We are using the Optitrackv2.2 connector app, Motive 2.0.2, and LSL 1.0.28. Are there some settings in Motive that are blocking the data stream? Has this issue occurred before? Please let me know if there's a fix for this.
