Should the Twitter social icons included as plugin icon be "explicitly licensed"? #8

The icon for the plugin comes from https://about.twitter.com/en_us/company/brand-resources.html#social-icons: it is not clear how to declare their separate license.

https://developer.twitter.com/en/developer-terms/agreement and https://developer.twitter.com/en/developer-terms/policy talk about the services and the way they should be consumed but nothing explicit for the icons.

I've written to their support to know if there is some sample for a license file to distribute them.
