Description

It would be helpful to have a sweeper function available in the CLI repository to manage the nightly tests.
Once the sweepers are transfered from terraform to SDK scaleway/scaleway-sdk-go#2369
We should use those sweepers in the CLI in a dedicated binary to launch it after the nightly test workflow is done running.

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality
