Hey,

Sorry for asking so bluntly:
I'm working on something similar using the Mockturtle library and I'm wondering where/how the ASAP7.lib file was obtained and if there is a GENLIB version of it.

thanks for your help!

Best,
Roman

A similar problem, the library file in ASAP7 7.5-Track Standard Cell Library (version 28) cannot reproduce the experimental data shown in the DRiLLS paper. In the DRiLLS paper, the description of Asap7 is "a 7 nm standard cell library in typical processing corner." In ASAP7 7.5-Track Standard Cell Library (version 28), library files have many variants (LVT/RVT/SLVT/SRAM_SS/FF/TT_ccs/ccsa/ccsn/nldm).

TT referred to the typical processing corner, and I have tried the rest 12 combinations. Unfortunately, none can reproduce the experimental data shown in the DRiLLS paper.

There is a PDK in Asap7, but it cannot be used in yosys or ABC.

I sincerely appreciate that if there are any tutorials about how to get the correct asap7 library file and reproduce the experimental data shown in the DRiLLS paper.
