[BUG] Total time increases while stopped #60

Describe the bug
Stopping doesn't pause total time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Play for a while.
  2. Click stop (even before hearing a new call begin)
  3. Go away for a while
  4. Come back and hit CQ to start again
  5. Complete the new call.
  6. View the new time

Expected behavior
While stopped, the total time should not increase. Maaaaybe it should if you've heard the call once, but not otherwise.

Oh, I totally missed this. On the next go, we have negative time. I didn't know I was this good!
