[Feature Request] Add Ability to Request Fills

Enough people have asked for the ability to repeat a fill, so let's give it a try!

I think the right move here is if either info1 or info2 box (these change depending on the mode) contains a ? or AGN or AGN?, to replay the station's QSO fill.

Note to myself: move cut number replacement to station generation, which would allow for much easier "send fill" function. Send fill would need to be accessible from tu().
