The better alternative granting basically the same rights would be the GPL v3, the same used by SourceMod and most other free software.
Please don't use the GNU Affero General Public License version 3, as it would require giving the source code by just visiting a SourceBans site, which would be a burden for community admins. The ordinary GPL only requires giving the source code on distribution, and not on access.
