We group here former 'DELFI feature parity' issues that we didn't deem essential for a first public release because they aren't bugs or their solution doesn't impact the public API.

When this milestone is reached, we can define projects leading to more sustainable architecture ('Cleanup') and to additional, differentiating features (ensembles, multi-obs, autosummary, etc etc).
