Cpu only mode is broken

I have tried on my host machine, and a virtual machine to use cpu only mode, GPU works perfectly fine, but in all cases, cpu creates 4 images in the input temp folder and stops. I have tried installing the cpu only version of Pytorch and I have reinstalled all of the assets multiple times. I was trying the example included and I had the model downloaded.
