Python language feature does not work in %macro code block

Describe the bug
Open VSC SAS Extension base on Main branch. There is no Python language feature if python code block positions in %macro code block.

Steps to reproduce
1.Create a new .sas file
2.Type code below

%macro test;
    proc python;
        submit;
        print('test')
        endsubmit;
    run;
%mend;

Expected behavior
Python language feature works in %macro code block
