LP.8 has been designated from cov-lineages/pango-designation#2811
@xz-keg made a model on future mutations: LP.8.1 predicted spike diversity(training data before 10-01): S:A688V, S:A475V, S:T22N, S:Q677H, S:H49Y, S:G257S.

LP.8 has two main branches: LP.8.1 and LP.8.2, the latter seems dying off
