Client UX: Add headers above sections when creating a Sarcophagus

For each section on the client UX, add a header, as well as some small text underneath (can be placeholder text for now):

1. Header: Upload Document(s)

• small text: These are the files you want the recipient to receive.

2. Header: Select Resurrection Time

• small text: The documents will be released at this time, unless you attest and change this time.

3. Header: Create Recipient PDF

• small text: (keep same as is there now), but change button text to "Generate Recipient PDF"
