schedule event periodically

I want to know how to trigger events periodically in tlb instead of relying on the tick method, because I think ticks are event-driven and don't match the cycle well. I added the following code in tlb.go, but no corresponding phenomenon was observed. I hope you can tell me how to improve it, thank you!
