Well, to start with revamping sapfluxnetQC1 @MalditoBarbudo

Species checks worked fine in the tests I've done this year when adding new SFN datasets. However, in case we want to update the procedure, and considering that The Plant List has been superseded (see http://www.theplantlist.org/), here are two new R packages:
