I know this has been written targeting the Business Application Studio but step three in this tutorial refers to the "Create MTA Module from Template" which is installed in BAS.

This extension does not seem to be available in VS Code but it should be.

I was able to find the repo - https://github.com/SAP/vscode-mta-tools/ but there was the vague instruction to install in
VS Code but there was no instructions on how to do it.

I forked the repo and attempted to build it from the scripts in the repository but the node run build command had lots of errors.

It would be great if this tool was published to the VS Code marketplace so that this tutorial can be run from VS Code and BAS.
