ADT Installation Tutorial: the eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library

Hi, we when following the tutorial step 8 doesn't work. Instead you get an error popup with the following message:

the eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library

When googling the error you get the result, that apparently the inbuilt Windows unzipping tool is unable to correctly recreate the folder structure. A solution seems to be to use 7zip or any other tool or to use the eclipse installer instead.
