According to SAP note 3024346 v.10, the following entry has to be in a file named /etc/modprobe.d/sunrpc.conf:
/etc/modprobe.d/sunrpc.conf
options sunrpc tcp_max_slot_table_entries=128
If the file does not exist, it must be created.
