Require datatables server-side pagination and database improvement

i used the chikitsa for a year ago but after this period we faced with performance problems when fetching data its took too long time about 30 sec to fetch patients table. yesterday i made some improvement but still slow. after checking database in phpmyadmin i found there is no relationship between tables. otherwise as an improvement i suggest to use datatable server side fetching to improve performance.
