Description of the bug

GFastats module is causing 0's to make up all the output data, looks like it is caused primarily by the --out_format flag

Seems to be a bug in the actual tool it self, --output-format seems to delete all the input data and prematurely kill the tool with out error. Edited the module to remove this flag.
