Can you, please, use the template for the bug reports?

It would be beneficial to have more details (e.g. the driver that you're using), etc.

Also, you can enable detailed logger by calling LogProvider.AddConsolerLogging(minLevel = WhisperLogLevel.Debug) before trying to create any Whisper Factory. This way you will be able to see more details of the loaded libraries and the reason why it cannot be loaded.
