We need to have three different (but very similar) home pages for Media Makers, Musicians, and people who are not signed in.

Media Makers:

Only should have a button that says "Submit Your Media Project"
Musicians:
Only should have a button that says "Submit Your Music"
People who are not signed in:
Have both of the buttons listed above.

Besides the button differences, the rest of the stuff on the home page can be pretty similar. Feel free to play around with different ideas!
