Much of this functionality is currently implemented in https://github.com/samvera-labs/core-dependency-report, but I would be curious as to whether that entire repository could be deprecated in favor of this.

@jrgriffiniii I believe the fixtures could be part of Huborg the repository, but not distributed as Huborg the gem. I definitely think the behavior would be reasonable to move into Huborg.

This morning I noticed that Github added a "Used by" button. This shows who's using the repository. It does not have version number checks.
