Thicker line between story_titles and story_pane divs

You can drag the line between the story_titles and story_pane dives to make the titles (or pane) bigger or smaller, but the line is a bit to short to be easily selected. Could you make it a few px taller? The size seems to come from the border-{bottom,top}-width properties that are computed to .9px in the div that follows story_titles and story_pane.
