Would it make sense for caldav-go to use go modules instead of Glide? It appears that Glide is not maintained anymore. To migrate from Glide, simply type go mod init, add the generated go.mod and go.sum to version control, and remove the Glide configs.

It seems like the domain glide.sh was parked at a domain parking service, so the package manager is no longer easily available. I think moving to go modules is the only sane choice now.
