classicshell.sls links to this URL: http://www.mediafire.com/download/wl5nbjaki7zbssn/ClassicShellSetup_4_2_4.exe which appears to be gone. (The ClassicShell website lists version 4.3.1 as current, so maybe they pulled the file?)

@Steltek, I have solved this, came across the 'solution' whilst working on another broken pkg. @twangboy now has a PR to his own repo with the fix for it. I am sure he will get around to it one of these days.
