Number of instrument configurations

The number of proposals per instrument doesn’t seem to match the individual instruments below. The number of RSS proposals under the RSS detector mode adds up to 69 but there are only 54 in the top ‘Configuration statistics’ table for RSS. The number of proposals per instrument also add up to more than the total number of proposals. (In this case it doesn’t matter if I’m logged in as me or someone else).

The reason for the difference probably is that in one case the number of configurations is counted, whereas in others the number of proposals is counted.

Change table heading to "Number of Configurations" where appropriate.
