Saber is a fantastic note-taking app—fast, responsive, and smooth. However, adding the following features would greatly enhance the user experience:
Feature Requests:

  1. Smart Scroll Detection (Finger vs. Stylus):

Currently, scrolling requires pressing Ctrl + F.
It would be more intuitive if the app could detect input type:
Finger touch → Scroll
Stylus/Pen tablet → Write (no scrolling)
This would improve workflow without requiring manual toggling.

  1. Clipboard Paste Support for Screenshots:

Currently, if I take a screenshot using Windows + Shift + S, I can't paste it into Saber using Ctrl + V.
Adding support for direct image pasting from the clipboard would enhance workflow efficiency.
This feature is especially useful for quickly adding references or annotations without saving images separately.

  1. Custom Margins and Additional Writing Space for PDFs:

Ability to add extra space on the margins of an imported PDF for writing notes.
Alternatively, a rectangle tool (similar to Open Source Note Taking App called Rnote by flxzt) that, when drawn, inserts additional space in between the page. Link - https://github.com/flxzt/rnote
This would be extremely useful for adding annotations without overlapping existing content.

  1. Custom Keyboard Shortcuts for Pen Tools:

Assign shortcuts (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4) to specific pen tools with fixed colors.
Enables quick tool switching for a smoother writing experience.

Ad1. I think it is already implemented. Simply uncheck button for "finger drawing".

It is same as Ctrl + F. But i got your point, After using it for few more days i got used to of pressing finger touch button again n again But it would be great If we do not have to Tap Finger Button again n again to scroll.
Mouse Scroll is fixed to ZOOM but i want to use it to scroll the pdf, I wish we could set it ourselves.

I do not use Saber on Windows. On my tablet finger moves "paper" and stylus is drawing. If I press "finger drawing" then finger draws too. I expected it works on windows with stylus in the same manner.
