Nextcloud sync - my investigation of problems and question about "Resync everything"

I have actually big number of notes in quite deep folder and subfolder structure. I have problem with synchronizing them to my nextcloud server (synchronized are files with zero size). It is probably caused by problems of older versions of Saber which I used with sync. Now the state is that it does not work.

My problem is how to synchronize all my current notes to nextcloud server.

Here are my latest investigations:

1. I removed Saber folder from my nextcloud.
2. I signed to my nextcloud from Saber (config.sbc is created but nothing else)
3. Taped on button "Resync everything" in Saber 0.18.6 application
4. Nextcloud is full of zero size files (synchronization is not succesfull).

Then I removed Saber folder again

1. I removed Saber folder from my nextcloud.
2. I signed to my nextcloud from Saber (config.sbc is created but nothing else)
3. I opened one of my notes (deep in folder structure). Make dot in note (edited it) and saved. Note was succesfully synced to nextcloud.
4. I opened another notes, edited them (adding one dot) and all notes were succesfully synced.

So I expect that my synchronization to nextcloud works correctly but it works only to newly created notes, not old one.

My question are:

1. What is the difference between "Resync everything" and editing notes one by one.
2. Does Saber keep some information about each note if it is synced, succesfully synced, ... and this information drive behavior of nextcloud syncing? (Can I mark each note as edited?)
3. Does "Resync everything" try to sync all notes at same time or one by one? My nextcloud server has a large number of open connections as if everything is syncing at the same time.

I would appreciate any advice on how to sync the notes (I don't really want to sync by editing each note - which works).
