Better template for starting

Right now the default values it has after installing makes it go up and down a lot, ideally there should be a 7 point curve for cpu and gpu with somewhat decent default values for temperatures and speeds

When I first created this tool, I actually started out with interpolating target speeds linearly. It's been years but as far as I recall, it didn't work well because the fan system isn't built to respond well to small, continuous changes. The frequent changes caused erratic noise. At least in my 15g. The default values are "decent" for me, I've used them for years now. And you're the first to mention this as a problem. But if you want to try implementing it, I'd be open to merging a PR that adds a checkbox like "interpolate between target speeds" and changes speed continuously.
