Everything is all good except the kali-desktop-xfce package to install their custom xfce theme, it's found with your "search packages" function but doesn't seem to install.

That's because katoolin3 only installs the kali tools, which are a few programs related to security. katoolin3 does not support installing all packages from the kali repositories.

However if you wanna force the installation you can open katoolin3 in one terminal and execute

sudo apt-get install kali-desktop-xfce;

in another terminal. But I dont recommend that!
It is likely that this will break your system.
