[FEATURE] ryujinx do not use already loaded data but scan game folder at each launch #74

Description of the issue

Each time ryujinx is launched it rescan the game folder instead of using cached information/posters.
It is very long.

Making Ryulinx hard to use when there is a lot of games in games folder.

Maybe load data only when asked by click down left corner icon
