How to solve the problem of time out of sync

Hello, I live in east 8th District (GMT+8), I set TZ of docker container to Asia/Shanghai, and the time obtained through date command is correct, but the time I checked through database file and log file is still 8 hours late, may I ask how to solve this problem?

I use Synology NAS, the OS is DiskStation Manager 6.0
