where is the code that hooks these custom classes into the asp.net authorization/authentication?
There doesn't seem to be a global.asax.cs anywhere or an app_startup folder?

Unfortunately, I haven't worked on this project recently. I changed jobs and work has taken a priority over most everything else. I should start back on this project as there seems to be interest based on GitHub activity and my StackOverflow post that prompted me to start this project in the first place.
