Allow edit of all events

On the timeline, we should allow every event to be editable. It is quite easy to make mistakes and we need to be able to edit them during game. And also probably edit them after the game as well.

Maybe the ui is a little different post game than live...

Live, no edit button, just allow each even to be clicked on, with maybe a dropdown for edit and delete?
Post game, one edit button at the top, that then allows each event to be clicked on, to edit or delete.
