Siehe DecentralizedAmateurPagingNetwork/Core#154
Ich schlage vor, wir diskutieren erstmal ein Konzept in dem Issue und bei Erfolg kann man das dann im Unipager umsetzen. Es wird aber grundlegende Änderungen im Zeitschlitz-Konzept benötigen.
