Modifying project members should not be an activity in public activity tracker #219

The public activity tracker in the frontend should keep users up to date about what happened in projects (e.g., requirements added, someone voted or commented on a requirement). But adding, removing, and changing the role of a project member is a rather admindistrative operation.

Therefore, I think it should not be shown as an "Person X updated project Y" in the activity tracker.
