i need to stand up an internal crates.io mirror.

by my count there are 1.6 million crate files to mirror
i can download these via the api/v1 interface but i think i should ask first.

what is the preferred way to pull all 1.6 million files so i can stand up my internal mirror.
i can get the index that is easy… i am after the files bext
