Not charge the customer

i am using this extension everything is fine when the customer pay. i put the live keys though. but it won't charge the customer. i see into my payments on stripe account it says you have 4 payments requests. but i don`t know what is the next step to get the payment into my stripe account.
Need some HELP Urgently
