@maxogden see you use the nice mdbtools library (would be great to have a native python / js implementation but I fear that is way from now!)

What is the output to here? Should it be CSV or JSON and what is the (web) API it should support?

i didnt define a single output because any file to object parser can export many tabular representations. also the api is just gut with an msaccess mimetime (file/x-msaccess i think it is)
