Describe the bug

when you attack 'The Beard' , chips of hair fall off. These chips usually fall off the screen, and Ruffle did that just fine.
I tested 2023-03-06 build and it seems that the first few bits of hair stay on screen, while the others work as normal

sw

I tested Ruffle from 2023-02-05 and it works fine there, so something happened since then.

Expected behavior

should work like previous versions of ruffle

Affected platform

Desktop app

Operating system

Windows 10

Browser

No response

I'm getting different nightlies for the regression. It works fine in 03-01, but doesn't work in 03-02. I believe the regression was caused by #9447.
