Short description of the talk
We’re living in unprecedented times. Back to back, the corona pandemic and now the war situation in Europe + the rising inflation and ongoing layoffs has not only impacted us but also our near and dear ones in various ways that we may have never imagined.

Topics like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are gaining more attention with each passing day.

This talk is about sharing some of my experiences, observations and reflections on how cultivating and living a culture rooted in empathy and oneness can be instrumental to build a stronger understanding and a sense of connection among team members, such that they feel better equipped to navigate the pressure and the challenges of the current times as a software team towards meeting organisational goals
