Two known problems with RSP account registration after IAU GA

We have two new RSP account requests with outstanding registration issues after the IAU GA. One person has a registration that needs to be deleted (to start fresh), and after initial deletion, the deleted account persists in the system anyway. The second person registered with the wrong email and cannot receive the confirmation email, so probably needs to also be deleted and start over. Please contact Christina Williams for names, emails, and usernames of the affected accounts.
