Describe the bug
When trying to extract a line-plot from an image displayed in Firefly at data-int, click-and-drag to create the line does not work and instead drags the image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to data-int, Notebook Aspect, and display an image in Firefly (e.g., first few cells of DP0.3 tutorial notebook 03b).
  2. Click on the Tools drop down and select Extract line from image.
  3. Try to click-and-drag to define a line. The image gets dragged instead.

Expected behavior
At data.lsst.cloud, the extract tool works correctly and draws a line on the image.

Screenshots
The red dot should be expanding into a line pointing down and to the right, but it is not and the image is being dragged down and to the right.

Additional context
The reason I found this bug was because Firefly doesn't display pixel value with mouse hover, only x/y or RA/Dec. Need pixel value display added as well.

@MelissaGraham Which release are you using for the notebook server? It looks like maybe weekly_16? Can you also try this with weekly_22?

Not having the mouseover working seems particularly serious.

Regarding the Additional context of "Firefly doesn't display pixel value" --> apologies it does if the display size is adequately expanded to show both coordinate and pixel value. My bad.

Yes it was Weekly 16, the current recommended. I just tried tutorial notebook DP0.2 03b at data-int with Weekly 22, and the calexp did not display. The results tab switched to blank white, though. I logged out and back in, same thing.
