CA3: Why higher SWA never return new better dpenalty results, when rpenalty is already 0? #1084

Plan:

  • Enable SWA logs and find if higher SWA decrease dpenalty

Maybe because without decreasing rpenalty, dpenalty is not analyzed?

Only cantus 8 optimized
Probably, optimizing dpenalty without changing rpenalty is statistically difficult
