Update launcher job templates

I noticed while working on #634 that there is a new launcher template version 2.5.0 for the initContainer work but the helm chart's template versions haven't been updated yet even though workbench is using the new launcher template. We should make sure those stay up to date so that the template modifications required by the helm chart aren't lost when moving products to new launcher template versions.
