[Request] Make 1.ss01's design consistent amongst wght & opsz axes #722

As per title, 1.ss01's design changes dramatically between wght & opsz axes.

Additional context

It should be consistent between axes. For example:
1.ss01 in both opsz=14 and opsz=28/wght=100 is curved, whereas in opsz=28/wght>=400 it changes to a more Helvetica-like design.
