Untranslatable item in the settings block (admin tree) #2

It seems that the label of the item "ltify" is hard-coded. Not only it looks a bit weird / ugly. But it can't be translated and in many languages, it does not mean anything to the users.

What not to display something like ''Bulk enable LTI' for which you already have a string.
