Finding overlaps with minimap... Killed

Hi All,

I had a problem on using unicycler to assemble nanopore data. The miniasm assembly seemed work, but it stopped when it reached the finding overlap with minimap step (please see the attached log file).

I run the the program using WSL on windows 10. Here is the input: $ unicycler -l merged.fastq.gz -o ucicyler_test -t 4.
