"Bad request" turning on illuminator DH-IPC-HDW1430DT-STW #434
Comments
Hi gericho, is it possible to connect with HA?? Thanks |
Strange because I can't to configure in HA. Though it works fine with frigate. The human detection works? |
I had to update the camera firmware manually and reset the camera to factory default, reconfigure it without using a backup. Then you need to disable onvif authentication in network/access platform/onvif tab. It's not a good practice in my opinion but a vlan or a good firewall can at least arginate the problem. Otherwise I noticed it works better using the HTTPS certificate and connect to the 443 instead of the 80. BTW the illuminator switch doesn't work as mentioned on the first post. And yes, Frigate works flawlessly with object detection too. |
Hello gericho. If you use the caméra alone, with DMSS app, the human détection works?? |
Off-topic: I'm not using DMSS or camera alarms functions since they don't compare to Frigate's computer vision and integration. By the way, I'm not even sure if my model has that functionality. |
Thank you for your efforts!
I’m encountering an issue with a DH-IPC-HDW1430DT-STW camera. The illuminator dimming function (dahua.xxx_infrared) works fine, but attempting to turn it on or off (dahua.xxx_illuminator) results in an error.
Failed to perform the action light/turn_on. 400, message='Bad Request', url='http://192.168.0.103/cgi-bin/configManager.cgi?action=setConfig&Lighting_V2%5B0%5D%5B0%5D%5B0%5D.Mode=Manual&Lighting_V2%5B0%5D%5B0%5D%5B0%5D.MiddleLight%5B0%5D.Light=39'
Thank you for your help!
