Plugin populates every slot

Dear Ron,

thank you for this plugin. I try to implement a global nav at the top of my sites and on each subsite there should be a second nav for the subsite. I registered the global nav on the master site as main menu and on the subsite a blank fake menu for the main slot and a second one for the sub site. But on the subsite evey slot is populated with the global nav.
